Questions before paying.
No marketing hedging. If something is a real limit, we name it. If a feature isn't ready, we say "not yet" instead of "soon".
How long does it actually take to get a site?
Median 12 seconds, p95 under 30. The seven-question form takes most people three to five minutes. So you'll be live in well under ten minutes — assuming you don't agonize over what to put for "what makes you different?" (Most people do. It's fine.)
Will my site look like everyone else's?
No two sites share the same palette + font pair + radius + shadow + hero layout + macro flips. Roughly 737,000 visual permutations from curated tokens alone, before content variation. You won't be a doppelgänger of the next photographer who signs up.
Do I own my content?
Yes. Copy, uploaded photos, and the JSON behind your site are yours. If you cancel, you can export the JSON and the rendered HTML. We keep your site live on the subdomain — we don't hold your work hostage.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes — that's the entire Custom Domain tier. You add a CNAME at GoDaddy/Namecheap/BigRock/Hostinger pointing to proxy.worthbuild.in. We provision the SSL via Cloudflare's Let's Encrypt integration. Usually live in under five minutes, occasionally a few hours if your registrar is slow to propagate.
Can I buy a domain through Worthbuild?
Yes — ₹799/year, slightly under GoDaddy India. We auto-configure the CNAME the moment you buy, so there's nothing to set up. The margin we make is small; the reason we offer it is so you don't get lost on a registrar checkout.
What happens if I don't renew?
Custom domain disconnects, site falls back to the *.worthbuild.in subdomain with the footer badge restored. You get 30 days of grace and reminder emails. We never delete your site.
What's a "generation"?
One full re-run of the seven-question form for a site. Editing a headline, swapping an image, or toggling a section does not count — those are free. Generations are when you ask the AI to write fresh copy across the whole page.
What if the first generation is bad?
Regenerate with a different vibe or tighten the "what makes you different?" answer — that's the one input that disproportionately changes output quality. Or edit inline; you don't have to regenerate to fix a single sentence.
Does it write in actual Hindi or just romanized?
Both, separately. Devanagari and Roman/Hinglish are two different choices in the form. Same for the other seven languages. We pick the right font pair for the script you choose.
Can I edit the content after generating?
Yes. Click any text to retype it. Click any image to swap from the library, upload your own (paid), or regenerate just that pick. Toggle individual sections on/off from a side panel.
Can I add custom HTML or CSS?
Not in v1. The whole architecture depends on the LLM emitting structured content that Blade renders — letting you inject arbitrary HTML breaks the model. If you need a custom site, hire a freelancer. We're the alternative to "no site at all", not to "I have a developer".
Multiple pages? Blog? Gallery?
Not yet. v1 is single-page landing sites — that's enough website for 80% of our target customers. Multi-page is on the roadmap; we'll announce a date when it's near, not before.
Why one-time + small renewal instead of monthly?
Because that's how the Indian SMB market actually buys. A ₹499/month subscription gets rejected. A ₹799 one-time + ₹299/year renewal gets paid without thinking. We listened.
Refunds?
7-day refund on the activation payment if you haven't connected a custom domain. After that, no — the cost of provisioning SSL and reserving routing is non-trivial. The free tier exists so you can try before paying.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes, on every payment. Razorpay handles it. Agency tier adds downloadable consolidated invoices across all your sites for easier client-billing.
How fast are the sites?
Served from 300+ Cloudflare edge locations. TTFB median under 50ms (cached), under 150ms (uncached). Lighthouse 95+ on every site. No JS frameworks shipped to the browser.
What if Worthbuild goes down?
Sites are static HTML on Cloudflare. Even if our generation pipeline is down, every existing site stays live. The only thing that breaks is new sites and edits — your existing site doesn't care.
Analytics?
Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-respecting, no cookies, no GDPR popup needed. Included on Custom Domain and Agency tiers. Visits, top pages, referrers. Not Google Analytics; we think that's a feature.
